№ 92 — Cross-eye 3-D

No glasses, no headset. Cross your eyes until the two images drift together into a third one in the middle — let that center image sharpen, and it pops into 3-D. Smaller is easier: shrink it with the slider if it won't fuse.

Preparing the cross-eye view…
Smaller Larger
  1. Hold your screen at a comfortable arm's length.
  2. Cross your eyes slightly — as if looking at your nose — until a third image forms between the two.
  3. Relax and let that middle image come into focus. That one is the 3-D photo.
  4. If it won't merge, make the image smaller with the slider and try again.
